I baked again!! This time it's Oreo Butter Cake. My family loves Oreo so anything Oreo is always welcomed!

The cake is simple enough to make. You need an electric mixer, or you will end up with very tired arms. The only "mistake" I did was to substitute the plain yogurt with banana yogurt. The cake has a tinge of banana taste. Other than that, everything else is fine. Will try to make again, and this time with plain yogurt. For the recipe, head over to Happy Home Baking.
